For essie fans, the wait is officially over for the newest collection revealed by America’s top luxury nail polish brand and it is taking us back in time.
essie officially introduced its new winter nail collection for 2016 in a press release early this morning. With six new stunning hues, the set of polishes pay tribute to the London mod era from soft playful tones of pinks, frosty silver to sophisticated deep metallic hues of red/burgundy, the collection embodies the 1960s as a time of progress, a good time and power for women of that time.
essie Global Color Director, Rebecca Minkoff, believes that the colors pay homage to the progressive, fun-loving women of the ’60s who bring these colors to life.
“essie’s 2016 winter nail colors embody unforgettable nights out in the land of the mod – groovy tunes, shabby chic styles and soirees that only the hippest could attend,” Minkoff said.
Each bottle retails for $9.00 and are available now on essie.com, at salons as well as beauty retailers around the country.
