Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson walk the Valentino runway to announce ‘Zoolander 2’

Attendees of the Maison Valentino show during Paris Fashion Week got a big surprise when Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson walked the runway as their Zoolander characters Derek and Hansel to announce the sequel.

They strutted their stuff in character down the runway as “Don’t You Want Me” by the Human League played through the speakers. They both wore overcoats to cover their designer outfits.  Underneath Stiller’s character, Derek, wore a custom suit with black patent shoes and Wilson’s character Hansel wore a silk pajama suit designed by Valentino.

Vogue was involved with the surprise and Stiller and Wilson’s involvement. Editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and Valentino himself collaborated with them both to make it happen.

The original film initially came out in 2001, so it’s a wonder that fans are still interested in a sequel 15 years later.
