1. Use Your Resources!
As someone who never played in sports in high school, the idea of doing cardio exercises had never occurred to me. But then when I realized my university was charging for a gym in the tuition regardless if I used it or not, I figured I should give it a try. Instead of taking those ab attack classes (my whole dorm hall returned in a united moan of soreness), I went to a night-time pilates class by myself. And when nobody showed up, the pilates instructor gave me a one-on-one lesson! During the warmer months, I swam in the university’s swimming pool for fun!
