5. Steam Those Veggies
I was that person who hated salad. But gazing at my crush in the dining hall, I absorbed a lot of good ideas (these were dark times). Try sprinkling lemon and salt as dressing on your salad leaves! Alternatively, go for a lot of veggies. My favorites? Broccoli and cauliflowers! Make sure the portion of your veggies is greater than the rest of your meal.
So I had oatmeal with 1/2 banana and walnuts (brn sugar and some cinnamon) 1 yellow and 1/2 purple. Chocolate shakeology with milk(2 red), 1/2 banana, strawberries (1 1/2 purple), spinach (1 green). And no you can't taste the spinach! For a snack I had carrot chips (1 green) and hummus (1 blue). Aidells chicken meatballs (4=1 red), seeds of change brown rice and quinoa (1 yellow), steamed broccoli and cauliflower (2 greens) and I drizzled balsamic on the meatballs and rice and I put garlic on the veggies.
