When tweed and Stormtroopers meet, you get Chanel’s Spring 2017 Ready-to-Wear Collection.
The Paris Fashion Week display of #DataCenterChanel came in full force on Oct. 4 when Karl Lagerfeld used the landscape venue to capture the new digital age of Chanel.
From pencil lace skirts to chunky flashy jewels, the collection consisted mainly of bright tweed colors sprinkled with trends that can go on forever.
The baseball caps with the side ponytail, sported by the models, looked super chic with the Chanel emblem on the hair ties. But those are the details Lagerfeld is known for, with girly on top of girly accessories that spell out the modern #GIRLBOSS.
Even some of the prints, shown on the runway, looked like old-school Mac screensavers.
Along with models wearing Stormtrooper helmets, some donned futuristic sunnies, that’s probably going to sprout every fashionista out there to pick up knock-off ones in the future.
For now, check out these gorgeous details from the Chanel show.
